Two of her favorite tools are SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) the PESTLE (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legal and Environmental) Assessment and the Strategic Alignment Map. A JAG strategic plan is not a document that gets written and put in a file not to be seen until the next year. It is a navigational tool to help guide decisions, initiatives and the day to day tasks that lead to achieving ultimate success.
