She has been there, done that, and knows the expectations, joys, challenges and burdens of each role. Serving as either an executive coach or mentor, Jo Anne works with you to clarify your goals for both your personal leadership and the business, keeps you accountable, asks the tough questions, and provides guidance that will take you and your business to the next level.
Are you early in your career and looking to improve your game, gaining both executive presence and that executive title? Or are you an entrepreneurial CEO who knows how lonely it is at the top, needs guidance on situational leadership, the right connections for the next step, or sometimes just a sanity check or a cheerleader? JAG coaching and mentoring could be for you or someone on your management team.
Packages can be purchased in 3-month, 6-month or 1-year blocks. You will have an initial consultation with Jo Anne to ensure that you are a good fit for one another before you sign an agreement. Coaching services include a 1.5 – 3 hours of meeting time and unlimited access via email.
